Help for 2009

Read and do these everyday, repeatedly.

Do unto others as you would have done to you. *

Pay attention to what you do instead of what others do.

Judge yourself and hold yourself accountable.

Help at least one person have a better day.

When faced with adversity stop, take a deep breath and refocus on the issues that really matter.

Remember things that involve real people matter more than a television show or sporting event.

Be like the lotus planted in the muddy stream, touched yet not soiled.*

Words are powerful, be careful of what you say and how you say it.

Do your BEST.

There is no try, only do or do not. *

There are plenty of excuses but few reasons.

Remember others are not your personal door mat, tread easy on their feelings.

Be the person you want to be instead of the person you let yourself be.

Take a few second to see the miracles that are all around you.

Be thankful for what you have and remember it is more than most.

Hold the elected to their promises and responsibilities.

Everyday read these things and commit them to memory until they are no longer changes but are your normal reactions. If you do the world will be a better place. Few of us are as good as we can be.

I hope you have a great 2009 and I know “We the people” can make a difference.
